GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS
As an educational non-profit organization, we have created this event to be a child-friendly experience for individuals and families to reconnect with nature, foster healthy relationships and learn more about the opportunities for involvement in our Youth Aiding Humanity programs. The Kinder Gardens rules and regulations for the community garden site shall apply to all trips under the auspices of the program and organization. In addition to these rules there are...
● No use or possession of drugs or alcohol on site
● No obscene music with vulgar or degrading lyrics will be played aloud on-site
● No sexual activity or illicit behavior is allowed on-site
● There are no pets allowed on the site
This program will take place in an outdoors environment which is subject to all of the natural hazards and considerations thereof. All participants in this program and visitors of the Garden acknowledge the fact that Youth Aiding Humanity Inc., Kinder Gardens Program and/or its affiliates does not assume liability for any personal injuries, damages or loss of property while on-site. Visitors and guests agree to follow all safety precautions and regulations provided by staff members while also maintaining personal responsibility and accountability for themselves, property and any children under their care.
